Suggestions for setting up information sharing
As the death cult steps up it's efforts for rooting out and murdering their political opponents, the need for an intelligence sharing plan becomes more and more critical. I, however, am not the person to be making this plan, and I'm merely submitting it for critique and discussion. I do not, and do not claim to know the first thing about intelligence and coordination in the face of a military occupation. This is the best I can come up with, and I hope others with more expertise can help file the rough edges off this plan, and we can spin up something useful before the main force starts operating in our area.
Minnesota's organizers have begun using a variety of report called the "S.A.L.U.T.E." report as their standard operating procedure for surveiling and tracking cult operations. SALUTE is an acronym:
- SIZE How many persons are there? How many vehicles? How many bystanders?
- ACTIVITY What are they doing? Lights on? Weapons Drawn? Do they have hostages? Are they currently engaged with friendlies? Or are they merely standing around?
- LOCATION Where are they? Addresses and Cross-streets are king. Nearby landmarks are a nice-to-have bonus.
- UNIFORM How are they dressed? What insignia is visible on their persons, or on their vehicles? Colors, patches, symbols, etc. Photos are useful here.
- TIME When was the observation made? Time/date. Always accompany pictures with Location and Time they were taken.
- EQUIPMENT What equipment do the cult operatives have with them? Are they equipped for riot control? Are they just carrying guns? What vehicles do they have? Marked or unmarked?
